This is a two-day course that provides new or slightly experienced loan processors with the facts and information they need to succeed in the mortgage finance industry as a qualified Loan Processor. You will learn the basic skills necessary to correctly process and disclose a mortgage application, according to federal and state laws. Learn how to property verify information, document the file for underwriting, and increase your approval ratio. You will learn about the different levels of qualification, fully documented loan files, no income verification, no ratio verification, sub-prime credit, and income challenged borrowers and much more.
