Inclement Weather Policy
CFTUM maintains a firm policy of not canceling classes
except under extremely adverse conditions. Cancellation decisions will be made by
3:00 p.m. of the same day for evening classes and by 3:00 p.m. the prior day for
daytime classes. Every effort will be made to contact students at work or home.
When a class is canceled due to weather (or other acts of God), students will be
notified by CFTUM of the rescheduled date/time.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class
due to severe weather conditions or road closures, future credit may (at the discretion
of CFTUM) be applied to another offering of equal or lesser value within the current
period. Future credit applies only to one-session programs.
