Incomplete (Petition for Extension)
Students who are unable to complete course requirements
by the end of a 10-15 week offering may petition for an extension. Requests must
be submitted in writing along with a $40 extension fee prior to the last scheduled
class date, $50 extension fee for online, $50 extension fee first one correspondence,
2nd correspondence extension. Upon approval by the instructor, an “Incomplete” grade is recorded.
An incomplete does not allow a student to sit in on or re-take the class. Course
work must be completed within 30 days of the last class date or the “Incomplete”
grade will become an "F".
