Severe Illness
If a student misses more than 10 consecutive working
days and two consecutive weeks of the same offering(s) due to an illness, the Severe
Illness Policy applies. No tuition dollars will be refunded but the student is allowed
6 months to repeat the offering or to enroll in a different offering of equal or
lesser value at no additional charge. Students are responsible for completing the
Severe Illness Request Form stating the circumstances of the illness. The form must
be signed by a Manager or Personnel Director and submitted to the CFTUM office for
approval before the ending date of the offering. When registering for the repeat
or different offering, a new CFTUM Registration Form must be submitted along with
the approved Severe Illness Request
Form and $75 take off severe illness. THE SEVERE ILLNESS POLICY APPLIES ONLY
TO OFFERINGS OF FIVE (5) WEEKS OR MORE IN DURATION.
